Bains Game Lodge is situated on 42ha of prime land 2km west of the Bloemfontein border. It is on this land that the visionary design of Marius Strydom is unfolding. The 24-hour security village will include conference facilities, restaurants and entertainment, shops, health facilities, and a variety of accommodation options including chalets, apartments and a hotel.

Until recently Bains Game Lodge consisted of conference facilities, two restaurants and a number of chalets, all incorporated in a natural habitat that a number of game species call home.

The existing 100 beds in the form of chalets and cabins have proven far too few, and these facilities are being upgraded and another 100 beds added. This first block of 54 brand-new, contemporary hotel rooms is now available. Eight, two-bedroom executive chalets have also been completed.

The Bains Game Lodge Hotel now features 110 rooms and a brand new reception area.
